What is the booking process, and what are the deposit and payment requirements?
To officially reserve a date, a signed rental agreement must be returned along with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due the week leading up to your event and must be paid in full before the event begins.

We offer multiple rental durations, including half-day and full-day options. Additional setup or teardown time can be added if needed, allowing you to host a smooth and stress-free event at our Pointe-Claire event space.

Casa Evexia can comfortably ideally accommodate up to 60 guests sitting or up to 75 standing.

Your rental includes tables, chairs, a full kitchen, bar area, coffee station, washroom facilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Casa Evexia is a turnkey event space, allowing you to focus on your guests instead of logistics.
*For an additional small fee we can provide a large smart TV for presentions.
